Our prices are published in Canadian dollars. Launch is CA$99: a ready-made one-page starter built from our templates, live 3 to 5 business days after we have your content. Starter is CA$299: three pages, a contact form, analytics and Search Console. Business is CA$499: five pages plus Search Setup (titles, descriptions, sitemap and structured data). Business Plus at CA$799 has eight pages, booking and a blog, and Growth System starts from CA$1,299. Portals, web apps and custom software are quoted in writing.

Yes. Canadian clients are quoted and invoiced in CAD. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes. Any tax that applies is shown separately on your invoice.

A fixed price buys exactly what its page lists: Launch is CA$99 for the one-page scope on the Launch page. A “from” price is a real starting price for the scope described, not a teaser: Growth System starts from CA$1,299, and your written quote sets the final price. Anything optional, like hosting or domain management, is listed as optional with its own price, so you can see the whole bill before you agree to anything.

Yes. We design your new homepage first, free, within 48 hours: one per Canadian business. You look at it with us on a call, or in person in the GTA, where our founder can meet you. If it isn't for you, you owe nothing and there is nothing to cancel.

If you approve it, you get a written, fixed-price proposal, and the build is paid 30% to start, 30% at a mid-project milestone and 40% at launch. So the last 40% is paid only when your site is live. You receive an invoice and a secure payment link by email. There is no online checkout, and we never ask for card details by phone, text message or email.

Yes, and we say so up front. You sign your contract with Redenn Informatics Inc., a Canadian federal corporation. Your project is led from Brampton by our founder, Narinder Chahal. It is built by our own engineering team at Redenn Informatics Pvt. Ltd. in Patiala, India: our own company, not an outside subcontractor.

You follow every step in your client portal: the phase, what is done and what is next, against the ship date in your quote. From a selected Google review by Neeraj Singh: “Communication was seamless, and they were always responsive to our feedback and requests.”

Patiala is 9.5 hours ahead of Ontario in summer and 10.5 in winter. That works for you: send feedback in the afternoon. Work moves forward overnight and replies land in your morning.

A person replies within four business hours, Monday to Friday, and a written, fixed-price proposal follows within two business days. Our phone line, 1 888 905 4003, is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern. We don't claim round-the-clock cover, because we don't have it.

You own it all. Your domain is registered in your name from the start. Once the project is paid, the code and content we create are yours: at handover you get the code and every login, or we keep managing the accounts for you on a paid plan. If you ever move to another developer, you take everything with you.

Moving your domain costs nothing from our side: we unlock it and provide the authorization code on request, with no transfer fee from Redenn.

One exception, stated plainly: Launch and Starter sites are built from Redenn templates. Your written quote says whether the template code is transferred to you or licensed for your site.

No one can promise that honestly. Google's own guidance says: “No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.” The same goes for AI answers.

Some of the providers behind a modern website are US companies, and our engineering team at Redenn Informatics Pvt. Ltd. in Patiala, India, may access your project information to deliver the work. We tell you that up front, not in fine print.

On redenn.ca, our attribution cookie waits until a visitor presses Accept, marketing boxes are never pre-ticked, and every form shows a short privacy notice before you send it. We can set up your site the same way. If you run a clinic, we sign a written agreement on how we handle your patients' information when you ask for one.

Built to support PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25 and CASL requirements (consent, data handling, accessibility), which your own policies and processes complete. This isn't legal advice.

It answers the calls you miss: the ones you forward when you're busy, on a job or closed. It says it is an AI assistant at the start of each call and whenever asked. It captures the caller's need and details, books or routes the call, and messages you the summary.

Sample opening: “Hi, you've reached [your business]. I'm an AI assistant. I can take your details and get you a call back.”

Try it free for 7 days; any call-forwarding charges on your own phone plan still apply. After that it's from CA$149/month. Usage (AI, call minutes, SMS, email) is billed by each provider directly to your own account; none is included in our prices. Ask about a trial period to see your real usage first.

• You cancel before work starts: your 30% deposit is refunded, less third-party costs already paid for you.
• You cancel later: you pay for work done to date; anything paid for work not yet done is refunded.
• The work doesn't match your written quote: tell us within 14 days of delivery. We fix it free, or refund that part if we can't.
• We cancel or can't deliver: you get back everything paid for work not delivered.

Approved milestones aren't refundable; third-party costs follow the provider's policy.
